  5. Indemnification: Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Dealer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with Customer's use of the Facility or the vehicle being stored.

  6. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, Customer shall remove the vehicle from the Facility within five (5) business days.

  7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
